The service

YCDR ("Youth Coaching Done Right") is a marketplace that connects youth athletes and their parents with independent sports coaches. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment — but coaches are independent contractors, not YCDR employees.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach account. Parent accounts are for adults booking on behalf of their minor children. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Bookings & payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. YCDR charges a platform fee on each transaction. Coaches set their own rates. Cancellation policies are set by individual coaches. Refund requests should be directed to support@ycdr.io.

Coach responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for maintaining accurate profiles, honoring booked sessions, and providing a safe training environment. YCDR may remove coaches who violate these standards or receive consistent negative feedback.

Limitation of liability

YCDR is a platform that connects coaches and families. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any coaching session. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
